The Arco restaurant is run by one of the most successful chefs in the world – Paco Pérez. The restaurants he runs are located in the largest European cities and have so far been awarded 5 prestigious Michelin stars.
Arco by Paco Perez is located on the 33rd floor of the tallest building in northern Poland. The interior consists of bright spaces that contrast with gray winter days.
Mallorca stone, used throughout the restaurant, makes a continuous space in the Arco restaurant, while the traditional vault, made of rasilla ceramic tiles – has been reinterpreted, but with partially hand-painted wood elements inspired by frescoes.
