Bayer
office
The office of the Bayer Group, adapted to the latest trends, was created in the spirit of "less waste" and is based on the new workspace strategy implemented across the entire group.
Our common goal was to adapt the space to the changing needs and expectations of employees. The project was carried out within the framework of Bayer's global Next Normal Office Concept strategy. Based on this, we introduced numerous changes to the office’s functionality while retaining the existing layout of walls and ceilings. It was important to us that the project adhered to the "less waste" philosophy, allowing us to optimize the costs of modernization.
The open space area was divided into smaller, more intimate zones, promoting effective communication and collaboration between employees. Private offices were redesigned in favor of more flexible and accessible rooms that support various forms of work and relaxation. In the newly designed spaces, rooms for quiet work, relaxation rooms providing a place to rest and recharge, and snooze rooms enabling short naps during the day were created. All of this was done to improve employee comfort, focus, and productivity.
At the same time, the offices received a completely new aesthetic. The main theme of the project draws inspiration from Oliwa, a historical district of Gdańsk, where Olivia Centre is located. A palette of warm rust and green tones references the surrounding landscape. We ensured that the office includes plenty of plants in specially designed pots and even in the walls of acoustic booths. We introduced many solutions to enhance work comfort: wall panels and openwork partitions separating different work zones, and carpets with high acoustic properties. The space became more flexible and user-friendly.
