Office
The office of the company originating from Amsterdam. The main assumption of the project was to focus and open the view to the Bay of Gdańsk and the Tri-City landscape forest. The entire color palette is based on the colors of the sea, forest and natural materials. The interior was to be a frame for the windows, and the view was to play the first violin here.
By using various shades of blues, greens, greys, natural fabrics, wood and earth tones, we managed to create a space that favors focused work in open space zones, but also encourages interaction between employees. It integrates users in the heart of the office located at the main entrance.
Before entering, we are greeted by a view of the city, and in front of it we can find a large kitchen with an island, a large table, a sofa and comfortable armchairs. Life is bustling here every day.
When designing the space, we took care of the every details in the interests of the well-being of employees. Each element is followed by a function. Employees have at their disposal 3 conference rooms, 3 zones for joint work in teams, a common zone with a kitchen and a place to relax, play or cooperate. There are also two offices that can function as quite rooms, but also mini meeting rooms.
On the occasion of this project, we implemented 3 living green walls on this surface, which improve the comfort of work in terms of air humidity, cleanliness, but also acoustics. To improve the acoustics, we used high-quality suspended ceilings, PET acoustic panels, lighting fixtures with acoustic shades and Sona spray coating. All these treatments in sensitive places ensure comfort and minimize reverberation in zones for concentrated work. In order to emphasize the local character of the office, we also wanted to cooperate with as many local contractors as possible, also in the selection of office equipment: desks, chairs and other free-standing furniture, 90% of which are products from Polish manufacturers.
