LPP, the owner of fashion brands such as Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, and Sinsay, asked us to design an office for their growing contact center team.
The client emphasized that most important was the comfort of the team. Their work is characterized by dynamics and noise on the other hand need to focus. Open space for 90 people speaking more than a dozen languages at the same time needed an individual approach. Acoustics became the heart of the project, around which we created the concept. Based on the acoustic simulations, we proposed a scattered desk layout. Also we considered it crucial to divide the elongated open space into three smaller zones. We proposed customized sliding acoustic panels with whiteboards, which can be useful for collaborative work. This solution makes it possible for the employees to decide how to close and use the individual spaces. The bespoke desks are designed in collaboration with Nowy Styl Group.
Another crucial element that improves work balance in this space is the greenery. We have strived to ensure that the plants are not just an addition, but a real need and respite in terms of acoustics, wellbeing and psychology. With its air-purifying properties it stabilizes the microclimate and humidity in the room. In order for the plants to develop properly, specialized lighting was used to imitate natural conditions.
It was irresistable for us to refer to the client's industry branch – fashion and textiles. We proposed custom designed alluding patchwork acoustic panels in the meeting rooms. This creates a more homely atmosphere in the office.
Thanks to the client's collaboration and trust we succeded in creating a unique space that can confidently claim to be the best contact center workplace in terms of broadly defined wellbeing.
