LPP
small-scale community space

A cozy minimalism, intriguing design, and a holistic approach to user needs — that’s a brief description of our latest project for LPP.
In LPP’s logistics center, within a previously unused area, we created an intimate integration zone — a multifunctional interior that brings together aesthetics, comfort, and ergonomics.
A clear division into four functional zones plays a key role in the concept. To achieve this, we used transparent phone booths and mesh partition walls. Both elements add visual lightness to the space and clearly define its layout — without enclosing it.
The first zone is a coffee point — warm and inviting, in natural tones, centered around a large communal table that encourages casual breaks and spontaneous conversations.
The second is a small chillout area, cozy and homely, featuring a large sofa, soft seating, small coffee tables, and a bench — perfect for quick relaxation and regeneration.
The third is the so-called amphitheater — a space for larger team meetings, equipped with a TV screen and a dry-erase board. Alongside soft sofa-style seating, we designed wooden, stepped bench seats. To enhance the sense of comfort, we used fabric-covered acoustic wall panels, soft pillows, round poufs, and large planters filled with greenery.
The fourth zone is dedicated to deep relaxation and quiet focus, where soft poufs allow users to find the most comfortable position for rest or contemplation.
The functional layout is complemented by a small enclosed meeting room, designed for quick team huddles or focused work in a smaller group.
Despite being located right next to the bustling office zone, the entire space exudes calm and warmth. We achieved this through a thoughtful color palette — earthy tones like browns, muted greens, and soft beiges — and carefully selected materials: fabric acoustic panels, airy ceiling baffles, rounded furniture, ambient lighting, and greenery in both standing and hanging planters.
Acoustic comfort was a key focus: soft furniture, modern sound-absorbing light fixtures, and textile wall treatments help minimize noise and ensure a serene atmosphere.
This project is an example of cohesive and intentional design that supports daily team functioning on many levels. It helps structure the rhythm of the workday, promotes both focus and collaboration, and offers space for rest and reset. The result is a workplace that not only responds to functional needs but actively contributes to organizational culture and employee wellbeing.
