Notary office
We designed this space by breaking conventions and redefining the concept of a notary office. A space with a complex shape and distorted proportions became a challenge to design into a fully functional locale with a reception area, reading rooms, office, archive, kitchenette, and restroom.
In the design, we rejected the vision of a heavy, dignified office in favor of elegance and modernity. While ensuring a functional layout, we also took care of acoustic comfort and the confidentiality of conversations. Walnut veneer, glossy tiles, and gold details create an atmosphere of prestige, while the dark louvered ceiling and chevron-patterned floor emphasize the elegance of the place. Hanging planters in the form of shelves and partitions, along with a soft sofa of an unconventional shape, not only create a cozy atmosphere but also regulate the amount of sunlight entering the space.
Carefully selected lighting played a significant role. The reception area impresses with its striking illumination, and the company logo subtly showcased on the angular entrance wall becomes a recognizable hallmark of the office.
