Common Areas and Turnkey Apartments (Finished Apartments)
The design of the common areas aimed to create a connection between the exterior and the interior. We endeavored to bring the intimacy and distinctive elements of the investment into our design. Wooden elevator enclosures in a natural oak shade contrast with elegant graphite decorative elements.
The interiors of the apartments were designed in three styles: JAPANDI, SCANDI, and MODERN.
Japandi primarily represents a philosophy and way of life that focuses on letting go of unnecessary things. It is also known as cozy minimalism, drawing the best from both Japanese and Scandinavian design. These interiors are finished in natural earth tones with dark and wooden accents, all designed to create a pleasant, warm, and harmonious atmosphere.
Scandi is a timeless, classic style originating from Northern Europe. Its characteristic features include light colors combined with light wood and dark accents. In the design, we focus on a simple, comfortable, and functional arrangement, where it is easy to create an individual space full of warmth and coziness, where everyone can find their own hygge.
Modern is a response to the needs of clients seeking minimalist, contemporary, yet classic and elegant interiors. It features extremely comfortable, functional, and timeless designs. The interiors are finished in subdued shades of white and gray, complemented by elegant details. Here, harmony and classic elements are enriched with modern accents.
