Ricoh
Office
The implementation of the project for Ricoh company was primarily based on redesigning and altering the functionality of a significant portion of the office, which had previously served as individual workspaces. It was transformed from a classic open space into a Town Hall area, aiming to foster team integration and relationship building in the work environment. The entire corner of the floor was reorganized, creating a multifunctional communal space.
The new zone allows for the organization of diverse events such as special occasions, lectures, workshops, holidays, and larger meetings. However, it was also designed with daily use in mind, becoming a space for less spectacular events like team discussions in corridors, coffee breaks with colleagues, or moments of relaxation and fun.
Mobile, three-part glass walls add flexibility to the space, allowing it to be adjusted according to current needs. When folded, they create additional space, and when unfolded, they serve as conference rooms.
This area also features a gaming corner, an amphitheater, and spaces for face-to-face conversations. Everything is maintained in a cohesive color scheme, using natural materials and abundant greenery.
The introduction of hanging wicker chairs, woven rugs, fresh colors, and soft upholstery creates an interesting contrast with open ceilings and steel structures. Combined with the greenery, it gives the space character, creating a harmonious and friendly atmosphere.
