Sii
office
We combined several currently dominant trends to create a unique project where the main theme is the "dopamine color" style, giving the interior an individual, informal character. The second theme, present on all floors of the office, is biophilia. This brings nature and greenery into the space, emphasizing the company’s concern for employee well-being. The office was designed to maximize multifunctionality and versatility.
We achieved an energetic office atmosphere by using vibrant, stimulating colors. The interiors are dominated by shades of blue and green in various tones, contrasted with sunny yellows and deep reds. Despite the wide and varied color palette, the final result is cohesive and gives a sense of coziness. The use of intense colors in the office is further enhanced by diverse forms and numerous textures, creating a cohesive yet surprising interior.
In every area near the stairs, employees have access to treadmill desks. There is also a fitness zone with a climbing wall, stationary bikes, exercise bars, and even a punching bag. The office features 55 meeting rooms, each with its own unique character. These rooms are equipped with designer panels, while the lamps and acoustic curtains significantly enhance their comfort.
Lush plants and greenery await users at every turn in the office. A green wall in the jungle zone with LED lighting, irregular morphic planters by the desks, and a tree integrated into a meeting table are just some of the spots where living green accents can be found. Every built-in area has space for planters, and in the cinema zone, steel planters are suspended from the ceiling, blending into an acoustic material grid, with hanging plants highlighted by light vines dangling from above.
The office also features herb planters, where employees can find fresh mint, rosemary, sage, and basil, not only enhancing the flavor of their dishes but also providing a unique scent uncommon in office spaces!
Beyond the obvious presence of live greenery, nature is integrated throughout the office’s design. It appears in the form of curved shapes repeated in wall arches, built-ins, and seating. Soft shapes are a recurring theme, designed into lamps, ceilings, furniture, and acoustic panels. The office is also dominated by natural materials: wood is an obvious choice for cladding and furniture, but less obvious solutions include acoustic panels made from ground hemp, wood wool, or panels containing fragments of flowering meadow plants. Acoustic panels and lamps were made from PET material, recycled from plastic bottles, with 5,000 recycled bottles used just for the lamps! The same material was also used for most of the wall panels, further emphasizing the eco-friendly trend in Sii’s office interiors.
Another interesting aspect is the trend of locality in designing the new space. This refers to collaboration with Polish, trendy designers and local artists. The furniture used in the office is of Polish production and comes from manufacturers like Nobonobo, Comforty, Noti, Vank, Mdd, Profim, and Tamo from the Tricity area. The interiors are adorned with graphics by Tricity artists. With their help and involvement, nearly 360 square meters of murals were created for Sii, based on their values and slogans. The existing climbing wall, thanks to the artists, now features a 6-meter-high mural visible from the 300-meter cafeteria. Characters along the communication paths interact with the arrangement and with all employees passing by.
