Zero Stress
university relax zone

Zero Stress is a green haven for focus and regeneration, located at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. The idea for its creation came directly from the students themselves and was implemented as part of the Academic Civic Budget. The synergy between Olivia Centre, Design Anatomy, and UG resulted in the creation of an extraordinary "chillout zone."
Initially planned as a winter garden, the space always had potential and positive energy. Beautifully illuminated with natural light, it served as an ideal but underutilized meeting area. All it needed was the right arrangement. Ultimately, a charming, cozy, and green corner was created, conducive to both integration and relaxation.
The interior combines neutral, soothing colors with an abundance of greenery, which is an integral part of the design. Thanks to modular, functional furniture and thoughtfully planned layout solutions, a space was created that caters to the diverse needs of students and university staff—ranging from quiet, focused work to intimate meetings and teamwork. We also ensured new garden-inspired lighting and enhanced acoustics by incorporating soft, natural materials and numerous plants.
The Zero Stress Zone is a testament to the harmony of form and function, blending modern design, biophilic arrangements, and functional solutions.
